Approving Student Access Lists
Only users with Aware Access – Eduphoria Role: Principal can approve Student Access Lists. If you don’t see this option and need access, you can request it through Eduphoria Formspace:
Go to Eduphoria Access Requests.
Select the form titled "Eduphoria User Access Request".
For access type, choose Data & "Quick Views" Access – Principal.
Accessing Student Access Lists
Navigate to the Students Settings gear in Eduphoria Aware.

Click on the settings gear to view the Student Access Lists options.
Select Approve Student Access Lists.

Filtering and Searching Lists
Use the Filter Lists search bar to find lists by name.
Click the Show Approved checkbox to view all approved lists, or uncheck it to see only unapproved lists.
Use the Location drop-down menu to filter lists by school or location.

Approving, Denying, or Deleting a List
Select a Student Access List to view the students included. Click on a list to highlight it.
Once highlighted, you can choose one of the following actions:
Approve List – Grants the requester access to the data in the Student Access List.
Deny List – Moves the list to a Denied state. The requester can still edit and resubmit it for approval.
Delete List – Permanently removes the list from the system. The requester would need to recreate the list to resubmit it for approval.
