Why can’t I see my child’s courses in my Parent Canvas account?

You can also email “unblock@conroeisd.net” and they can check to see if you unsubscribed or made a Spam complaint and take the block off.
Certain service providers such as Hotmail, AOL, Earthlink, SBC Global and Road Runner are blocking email content from conroeisd.net . We recommend that you use an alternative email address such as Gmail or Yahoo. Some applications or providers mark our email as "spam" or "junk." Make sure the email is not in your email account's junk folder, and that you have us marked as "whitelisted" or accept all mail from conroeisd.net .

Your child’s Student ID can be obtained by calling their campus. Your ID will be required.
Questions regarding your child's classes or schedule, please contact the campus counselor.
My child can't log into SSO, what can they do?
Students grades 5-12 having trouble logging into SSO can contact their Teacher(s) for password resets.
There is a 5 attempt maximum on the SSO. If your student is locked out, he/she will need to wait 5 minutes and try again.
To make changes to your child's registration information, (phone, address, email, etc.) please contact the campus Registrar or PEIMS representative.
If you change your email address, and no longer have access to the old one, and have a Parent portal account with that email, you will need to register for a new Parent Portal account with your new email address. Contact the help desk, “help@conroeisd.net”, and they can remove the old PAC account.
