How to Use Digital Sign-In for Conferences

Digital Sign-In allows conference managers and contributors to track attendance by providing attendees with a QR code to scan. The system automatically marks attendance only when attendees sign in using the QR code.
Attendance Not Recorded Automatically: If attendees have already registered, they will be marked absent until they scan the QR code to confirm their attendance.
QR Code Accessibility: The QR code is available 15 minutes before and after the session.
Session Start Time: Digital Sign-In can only be enabled before the session begins. It cannot be toggled on once the session has started.
Inactive QR Code: If Digital Sign-In is off or the session has ended, the QR code will not be available.
Steps to Use Digital Sign-In
Enable Digital Sign-In: Conference managers and contributors can toggle on Digital Sign-In to generate a QR code.
