Setting Evaluation Methods for Staff in Strive

Each year, principals and evaluators are required to select their staff members and assign an evaluation method for each staff member’s job type in Strive. Selecting a staff member and assigning their role applies the appropriate framework dimensions for goal setting and establishes the evaluation process steps for the year.
If you need to claim a staff member who was previously evaluated by someone else, follow this process to assign them to you as their appraiser. Once claimed, the staff member who is the appraiser. will appear in the list of appraisers in Strive.
Step 1: Navigate to Manage > Staff in the main menu.

Step 2: On the staff member’s card, click the three vertical dots to open the More Actions menu, then select Change Evaluation Method.

Step 3: Use the drop-down menu to select the Appraisee Type.

Step 4: Click Save to save your changes.
