Aware Assessment Naming Guidelines

The assessment naming convention in Aware for Conroe ISD is required for all Campus Assessments. Assessments that do not adhere to the naming convention will not be archived and will be deleted during the summer. Once deleted, a test will be permanently erased from Eduphoria and will need to be recreated.

In Aware for Conroe ISD, all campus test titles must begin with the campus name, as per the assessment naming Guidelines. See examples below.

Once a test is completed and all documents have been scanned or scored, it should be archived. Archiving does not prevent the test from being analyzed, but no additional answer documents can be scanned for that test afterward.

Any previously created assessments will need to have the titles corrected, if they do not follow the naming convention.

Only the teacher or team member can archive Teacher & Team tests. It is recommended to archive tests periodically and to archive all remaining assessments at the end of the school year. Here’s End-of-Year Housekeeping tips.

If a test is reused in the following school year, it should be copied from the archived test to associate it with new students for the current year. If the same test is used repeatedly without creating copies from the archive, the data will merge across years.
