Canvas Parent/Guardian - How to Report a Problem
REPORT A PROBLEM: A ticket can be submitted from the main Canvas login page
How do I report a problem in Canvas as a Parent/Guardian?
While you are logged into your Parent Portal account, navigate to “Canvas”
While you are on your Canvas dashboard, click “Help” then “Report A Problem”.
Note: It is best to submit a ticket on the page you are experiencing problems with, because the page is sent over in the ticket to the technology department. Please include the email used for the Parent Portal account and student’s names.
If you are not able to log in to Canvas through your Parent Portal account, you can also request “Help” through the following steps:
Navigate to Log In to Canvas through Instructure, Click Help from the Canvas Login Page.
Then click Report a Problem and follow the instructions making sure that you provide the email associated with your Canvas account, so that our support team can follow-up.
