How do I set up or login to my Parent Portal account?

I changed my email address and cannot access the Parent Portal. What should I do?
If you no longer have access to the email address used for your original Parent Portal account, you must register for a new Parent Portal account using your current email address. Once the new account is created, please contact the Registrar or PEIMS Staff member at your child's campus to request that they "link" your student(s) to the new account.
How do I update my contact information (Phone, Address, Email)?
To make changes to registration information such as phone numbers, physical addresses, or email addresses, please contact the campus Registrar or PEIMS representative at the school your child attends.
Why can I not see my child in the Parent Portal?
If your student does not appear in your account, they may not be linked to your profile. Please contact the Registrar at your child's campus to request that your student be linked to your account.
Student Technology Support (SSO & Canvas)
My child is locked out of their SSO account. What should I do?
The Single Sign-On (SSO) system has a maximum limit of 5 failed login attempts. If a student is locked out, they must wait 5 minutes before attempting to log in again.
If they still are having trouble, please have the student reach out to any of there assigned teacher as they can reset there password or MFA image.
How can I get my child's password reset?
For students in grades 5-12 who are having difficulty logging in, please have them contact the any of there teachers to request a temporary password reset.
We are experiencing login issues or "Access Denied" errors.
Please ensure that Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge is used as the internet browser. Safari is not recommended as it may result in unrecognized passwords or improper account loading. Additionally, please log out of all personal Google accounts on the device before attempting to log in to the District SSO.
How do I obtain my child's Student ID?
Student IDs may be obtained by calling the campus directly. For security verification, your identification will be required to receive this information.
Communication & Notifications
I am not receiving email or text updates from the District.
If you are not receiving communications, please follow these steps:
Check Service Provider: Certain providers (Hotmail, AOL, Earthlink, SBC Global, Road Runner) may block District content. We recommend using an alternative such as Gmail or Yahoo.
Check Spam Settings: Ensure the email is not in your "Junk" folder and that you have "whitelisted" Conroe ISD or accepted all mail from conroeisd.net.
Unblock Request: You may email unblock@conroeisd.net to check if your address was inadvertently unsubscribed or flagged for spam.

For questions regarding your child's specific classes or schedule, please contact the campus counselor.
How do I add money to a lunch account?
To add funds for school meals, please utilize the MySchoolBucks platform.
Who do I contact for Transportation or Volunteer questions?
Transportation: Please contact the Transportation Department at 936.709.7940 for routing inquiries.
