Troubleshooting Connection Issues
If you are unable to connect to CISD-Net on your district device, please follow these steps.
1. Hardwire Your Device
Connect your device to the network using an Ethernet cable.
If your Surface or laptop does not have an Ethernet or USB port, please check with your campus. All campuses were provided with adapters for each device version.
2. Log In
Log in to the device. Once you successfully log in with your current Single Sign-On (SSO) password, the device will update. You may then access the device from any network.
