Follow this guide to learn what assets get audited and what assets do not in Incident IQ. All Assets in your room should be in Incident IQ for you to be able to scan and audit them. This list was last updated August 2026.
If you find an asset from this list in your room that is not in Incident IQ, contact your campus technology contact. If you do not know who that is, ask your campus administration; they will provide the appropriate contact and they can follow the instructions for requesting an asset to be added to Incident IQ using the linked instructions here: How to Request Assets to Be Added
If the asset is already in Incident IQ but assigned to a different room etc., contact your campus technology contact. They can follow the instructions here to update the asset in Incident IQ: How to Look Up and Edit an Asset in Incident IQ
