Communication Tools (Thrillshare & Rooms)

I am not receiving emails or text notifications

Check your "Junk" folder first. If you believe you accidentally blocked District emails, send an email to unblock@conroeisd.net to request a removal from the block list.

I am having issues with the Conroe ISD App, Thrillshare, or Rooms

Issues regarding the mobile app, notifications, or two-way communication (Rooms) are managed by the Communications Department.

Student Registration & Accounts

My student is not linked to my Parent Portal

Student linking is managed at the campus level. Please contact the Campus Registrar or PEIMS representative.

I changed my email address and can't access my Parent Portal

If you no longer have access to the email address used for your Parent Portal, you cannot simply update it. You must register for a new Parent Portal account with your new email address.

Once created, contact the Campus Registrar to "Link" your students to the new account.

I need help with Linking my Students in Home Access Center (HAC)

Account linking is managed directly by your student's campus to ensure data security.

Please contact the Registrar or Administration at your student's specific campus for assistance.

How do I request a refund for Lunch Money?

For account refunds, account transfers, or questions concerning MySchoolBucks, please complete the form on the website here: https://www.conroeisd.net/page/meal-payment Any money remaining in the account at the end of the year will automatically carry over to the next school year. Please disable any automatic payments prior to entering the refund request.

My child is locked out of their SSO account

Student accounts have a security lockout set for 5 failed attempts. The student must wait 5 minutes before trying again.

If they need assistance with resetting there password or changing there MFA image, they will need to reach out to any one of there assigned teachers.


Student Information

How do I find my child's Student ID?

Student IDs can be obtained by calling your student's campus directly.

Your own identification will be required for verification over the phone or in person.

I have questions about Class Schedules, Meals, or Transportation

Schedules: Please contact the Campus Counselor.

School Meals/MySchoolBucks: Please contact the Child Nutrition Department.

Transportation: Please contact the Transportation Department directly.
