Welcome to Incident IQ – Our New Help Desk System

What is Incident IQ?

Incident IQ is our new, user-friendly platform for submitting and managing technology support requests. It will replace the Eduphoria HelpDesk system starting [insert official launch date]. All staff will now use Incident IQ to request help and report issues.

What Can You Do in Incident IQ?

You’ll use Incident IQ to:

  • Submit Help Desk Tickets for:

    • Technology issues

    • Hardware problems (like Chromebooks, laptops, printers)

    • Software and Applications

  • Report Issues with District Assets

    • Devices assigned to you

Important Changes

  • Eduphoria HelpDesk is being retired. You should no longer submit new tickets through Eduphoria.

  • Incident IQ is now the official system for all technology-related support and asset tracking.
