What is Incident IQ?
Incident IQ is our new, user-friendly platform for submitting and managing technology support requests. It will replace the Eduphoria HelpDesk system starting [insert official launch date]. All staff will now use Incident IQ to request help and report issues.
What Can You Do in Incident IQ?
You’ll use Incident IQ to:
Submit Help Desk Tickets for:
Technology issues
Hardware problems (like Chromebooks, laptops, printers)
Software and Applications
Report Issues with District Assets
Devices assigned to you
Important Changes
Eduphoria HelpDesk is being retired. You should no longer submit new tickets through Eduphoria.
Incident IQ is now the official system for all technology-related support and asset tracking.
