Using DataOps to Track Teacher Exchange Day Hours Completion

2025-2026 Teacher Exchange Days are April 6, 2026, and May 27, 2026.

For Teacher Exchange Days, an eligible participant must complete the following hours of Exchange Day-Eligible professional learning by these dates.

  • April 6: 6 hours total

  • May 27: 12 hours total

You can use DataOps to track your completion progress for Teacher Exchange Days.

  • Access DataOps through your Classlink Dashboard.

  • The DataOps Dashboard will list the eligibility for Exchange Days, as well as progress for Canvas Professional Learning completion and Exchange Day completion.

  • For Teacher Exchange Days, you will be notified if you have or have not met the requirements for the Teacher Exchange Day with the total number of hours completed.
