Parking (Admin)

Content

Used to create slideshows for the campus. These typically cover the schools rules for parking. Make sure to upload all slideshow files with numbers after the names to make sure they are ordered correctly (i.e. Slide01, Slide02) and make sure they are all .JPG files.

Questions

Used to create and update the questions for the parking quiz students must take before they are allowed to register.

Parking Data

Contains all of the currently registered students and their parking information. Also has options to import/export data if needed.

Status

Used to enable/disable parking availability for the campus as well as the parking maps.

Purging Data

Data will need to be removed at the end of each school year so that the spots are freed up for new students to register. You can delete all of the current student parking data by going to the bottom of the questions tab and clicking the “Purge“ button.

The purge option is only available during the months of June and July and is automatically disabled for the rest of the year.

Please note that this will delete ALL parking data for the campus and any students that have already attempted to register for the new year will need to register again.
