Common HAC Error Messages

Home Access Center is designed to be easy for our Students and Guardians to use. Unfortunately, sometimes we run into a snag. Below are a few common messages you may receive when trying to access Home Access Center.

Forbidden… You do not have permission to access…

Solution: You are receiving this message because the network you are connecting from blocks port TCP 3000. This is typically the case when you are connecting from your Work or Corporate network. If you are a CISD Employee having issues accessing from the District’s network, ensure you are not connected to CISD-Guest WiFi.

An error occurred while processing your request

Solution: In most cases, this is because the parent/guardian attempting to log in, has multiple students enrolled in the District that are not linked. For more information, please visit “How do I link students that are not showing

Your login attempt was unsuccessful

  • You have entered an invalid username or password, or your account is currently locked out. Please contact your district for further assistance.

Solution: Conroe ISD utilizes ClassLink as its Identity Provider for Home Access Center, as a result, to access Home Access Center, you must click on the “Home Access Center - Parents” Icon inside of the Parent Portal.
