How to link students that are not showing up on my Parent Portal

If you have multiple students that attend Conroe ISD, they need to be linked to your Parent Portal account in the District’s System. If you have students that are not linked to your account, you will receive this screen below each time you access Home Access Center (HAC).

1. The parent that is currently logged in will show on the top right corner.

2. The left panel, titled “Fully Linked Students” will display all students that are connected to your Parent Portal account.

3. The students on the right in the panel titled “Associated Students” are students who have your email address listed as a guardian email address but not linked to your parent portal account. To have these students linked to your Parent Portal account, please contact the campus the student attends, or by emailing
   hac-help@conroeisd.net.

4. After reviewing the list, you may click “Continue to Home Access Center” to login.
