How to Submit a Ticket (Non-Audited Campus)

This guide will walk you through how to submit a ticket for a device or asset in Incident IQ if you are on a campus that did not get audited this summer.
1. Click New Ticket from the IIQ Dashboard.

2. Select the Category for the issue you are having. In this example we are having issues with a device so we have selected Device/Hardware.

3. Click on Ticket Submission for Non-Audited Campuses.

4. Fill out the details for your issue and click the Submit Ticket button to Create the Ticket.
